Elen Mosinyan Joins Florida Armenians as New Jacksonville Contributor
Florida Armenians is pleased to announce Elen Mosinyan as the new Jacksonville Contributor to FLArmenians.com.
Elen Mosinyan is a student at University of North Florida, majoring in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science. In 2008, Mosinyan moved from Armenia to the United States, where she was quickly immersed in the Armenian community and became an active member of the Armenian Church of Jacksonville. Upon her arrival, she has been a regular participant of the monthly Divine Liturgy, as well as teaching the Armenian language to young Armenians in Jacksonville.
While completing her undergraduate degree, she has interned for the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, The World Affairs Council of Jacksonville, and the U.S. Department of State.
“I am very excited to join FLArmenians.com and I’m looking forward to working with the team of contributors from across the state to highlight the major Armenian events happening in Jacksonville,” Mosinyan said.
