Frank and his wife Susan are formerly from Bergen County, NJ and have resided in Naples since his retirement from the Eastern Diocese of the Armenian Church in 2006.

He is a graduate of New York University with a BS degree. During his lengthy business career in New York and New Jersey with several companies in sales management has also served the Diocese in several executive and management positions for 20 years.

The couple has 2 married children, each with a young daughter, who also resides in Naples, FL.
