Armenian Assembly of America Condemns Terrorist Attack in Paris

Armenian Americans Express Condolences to the Families of the Victims, Solidarity with the
People of France

WASHINGTON, D.C. – On Sunday, the Armenian Assembly of America (Assembly) Board of Trustees Co-Chairs Anthony Barsamian and Van Krikorian released the following statement:

“The Armenian Assembly, along with the Armenia Tree Project and the Armenian National Institute, express our deepest sympathies to the people of France in the face of the senseless acts of terror. Armenian Americans condemn the barbaric acts that occurred in Paris and we stand in solidarity with France and all people of goodwill. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the victims.”

Established in 1972, the Armenian Assembly of America is the largest Washington-based nationwide organization promoting public understanding and awareness of Armenian issues. The Assembly is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt membership organization.
